Sometimes you may shop the wrong product, and that’s okay. We ensure hassle-free return,
within 7 days from delivery. All you have to do is show us the invoice, and ensure the
product is undamaged, and in sellable condition.
- We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the
product(s).
- Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
- A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
- All exchange requests are subject to confirmation from our end towards the
acceptance of the same.
- Further, you will be liable to ensure that the products return to us within 15 days
from the date of the email confirmation from our end towards the acceptance.
Should there be any delay in the return process from your end, we will cancel your
return request.
- If there is any change in the size of the garments items being sent out and customer
wants to exchange, difference in bill amount needs to be paid by the customer. (if
applicable)
- Extra shipment charges of returning the old items to us and receiving new items
should be borne by the customer only.
